A distilled alcoholic drink that defies conventional classification.
At Nubilum we make some pretty unique spirits, and sometimes there’s just no good category for them — “vodka” is just about the closest generic term we can find, but it’s still not right.
Our “Lemon Spirit” is more like a traditional limoncello, and our “Coffee Spirit” products are purely made from freshly roasted coffee beans (yes — that’s possible).

Liqueurs are usually under 37% ABV and usually follow a different method to make them alcoholic, but both our Signature Spirits are around 42% ABV.
