Every batch is a new & unique chapter in our story.

Just like wine tastes different depending on the region it comes from — spirits also tell the story of their birthplace; shaped by the ingredients, traditions, climate, and even the water they're made with.

We use locally sourced ingredients (often handpicked from the fruit trees in neighbours backyards), and a mix of traditional and modern distilling methods, that give our spirits a distinct Melbourne flavour.

At the fermentation stage it tasted delicious, and we had high hopes . Then it went into the still and came out tasting like watermelon seeds - we'll try it again sometime but it was pretty awful so we’re not in a hurry.
